SOMETHING EXCITING IS HAPPENING IN 2 WEEKS!

I’ve always strived to achieve the highest possible quality of results for clients…

But this time we’re taking things up a notch. 12 weeks ago when I asked my clients if they would be up for doing a photoshoot a lot of people shied away. And I don’t blame them, there’s no shame in not wanting to starve yourself for 3 months and get tanned and baby oiled up to the max. It has to be the right time to be able to commit to something like this. It takes a lot of sacrifice.

But 3 of the guys stepped up and wanted to take on this responsibility. They wanted a new challenge. They were still strolling to success but liked the idea of a deadline to fire them up.

Getting out of your comfort zone to try a completely new experience takes balls. But that’s what were all about here at Jack Hammerton PT. We don’t just push your boundaries in the gym but in all areas of your life. It’s all mental at the end of the day.

I have personally done 2 photoshoots in the past, fitness is my life. I’m expected to be able to handle the stress. But for Dan, James and Paul who are all super busy guys in the city, this takes serious work.

It’s been a pleasure to prep these gentlemen. Guide them through these obstacles and make adjustments every week. It’s pushed me as a coach too. I love new challenges and pushing people past their comfort zone, if the client is ready to pushed of course.

Everyone is on different parts of their own journey but these guys deserve a tonne of praise. I would like to personally apologise to spouses involved, must be hard having a hungry, moody husband stumbling through the house…

But it’s not forever!

In 2 weeks were done and I look forward to taking part in this photoshoot with them. I’ve been on a journey myself since the new year losing 21kg and burning the bridge to my former self. We all have something were working on…

Will these guys be bodybuilding show shredded? No.

But that’s not the aim. These guys want to maintain the physique forever. Not just flash the pictures round at the summer barbecues.

This isn’t about vanity. It’s about ownership. These men committed to something uncomfortable, followed through, and now they’re stepping into a version of themselves they didn’t know they had in them 12 weeks ago.

And here’s the truth, you don’t have to do a photoshoot to level up. But you do have to pick something that scares you a little. Something that demands you get serious with your time, your priorities, your habits. Because when you’ve got structure, accountability, and a clear plan, results become inevitable. Not overnight. But over time, one rep, one meal, one decision at a time.

If you’ve been on the fence about making a change, this is your sign.

You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to start.

And I’ll help you handle the rest.
